Incident Overview:



On the 6th May 2025, Adyen updated to version 1.116.2 for all terminals. This update causes some issues, where payments were not going through correctly. We recommend doing the following on each terminal to resolve this,



Required Actions:
Terminals
Turn off the terminal, by pressing the button on the left side long (do not 'restart')
Turn on the terminal. The issue should be resolved now.
Check payments
Login to https://essentials-live.adyen.com and check any terminal payments from 06-05-2025 up to now, to see if payments are 'Settled' correctly.

Even if you are not encountering issues at the moment, please perform the above steps.
