Dear Valued Partner,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and improve our service, we will be migrating our system to use token-based machine account authentication with Booking.com.

During this migration process, reservation pickup and ARI (prices, restrictions and inventory) delivery services to Booking.com will be temporarily paused at your hotel. The duration of the maintenance is between 13:30 till 15:30 CEST.

Here’s what to expect:

The migration will involve creating and configuring new machine accounts with token-based authentication.
Your reservation services may experience brief interruptions during the transition.
We are coordinating closely to select the optimal date for migration to minimize disruption.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our team will keep you informed about the scheduled migration date and will assist you through every step of the process.
